One of the best things I ever did for my team was introduce them to Dr. Fleck. She created a custom program to teach my 80-person research team the interpersonal skills necessary for each team member to advocate for themselves, resolve conflict constructively, communicate more effectively, and use principles of behaviorism to improve their interactions with their teammates & managers. In addition to designing a course grounded in science, Dr. Fleck delivered the program with a blend of humor and sincerity that left everyone wanting more after every weekly session! The results were inspirational and transformative for the team!
